Returns

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order details and reason for the return.
  3. Our customer support team will provide you with a return shipping label.
  4. Package the item securely and attach the return shipping label.
  5. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier.
  6. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.
  7. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

Please note that the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact for us to process the return.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process mentioned above and specify the desired exchange in your communication with our customer support team. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship out the replacement item to you.

If the desired item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternative options or provide a refund.
